How do I manage inventory in my PayPal Zettle account?

You can manage inventory in both the PayPal Zettle app and your online PayPal Zettle account.

In the app, tap the navigation icon in the top-left corner, then tap Inventory. In your PayPal Zettle account, go to Inventory, under Products.


Here’s how to add inventory:

  1. Edit a product by tapping Edit (iOS) or the pen icon (Android).
  2. Swipe right on the button next to “Inventory tracking."
  3. Add the correct number of inventory (for each variant) and tap Save.

  2. Click into the product and check the box next to "Inventory tracking."
  3. Add the correct number of inventory (for each variant) and click Save.

Notifications will let you know when items are running low, so you can restock in time. You can still sell a product even if you’re out of stock. At this point, the inventory count shows as negative (-1).
