Full Circle MO Feral addresses a critical gap in the community as shelters and rescues contend with being at capacity. Kittens and friendly cats in need of rescue often face extended wait times, sometimes spanning days or even weeks. TNR trappers frequently encounter challenges due to a lack of support, supplies and knowledge when they encounter these vulnerable animals. By providing trappers with guidance, supplies and intermediate veterinary care until rescue placement is secured.
