YACD's mission is to provide career training and workforce readiness support to youth that live in Africa. We currently offer youth centered programs that provide professional training in the areas of Career Development, English Literacy, Entrepreneurship training. YACD also provides personalized mentorship from professional experts in each youth's desired career field of interest. This fosters an atmosphere of further skills development & overall career awareness for the youth.
