Our mission is to conduct educational programs and activities that celebrate and promote interest in Scandinavian traditional folk music, dance and culture. We do this through an immersive annual summer camp week with tradition bearers of Norwegian and Swedish folk music and dance. Daily classes include nyckelharpa, Hardanger fiddle (hardingfele), fiddle, Norwegian folk dance, Swedish folk dance, dance basics, singing, ensemble playing, harmony playing, playing for dancing, and more.
