What is a Paper Statement Fee?

A monthly Paper Statement Fee, as noted in your account terms, will be charged in any billing cycle in which:

(1) Your balance is greater than $2.50

AND

(2) You are sent a monthly billing statement in paper form (even if one is provided electronically).

You can choose to receive your monthly billing statements by mail or electronic form. You can avoid this fee if you elect to receive and are sent your statements in electronic form only for each billing cycle.

Here's how to update your statement preferences and turn off paper billing statements for your account:

  1. Log in to your PayPal Credit account.
  2. Go to the Activity tab, then click Statements.
  3. Click Stop Paper Statements to stop receiving paper statements.
