How do I organise my Zettle POS product library using Pages?
Pages are a new way of structuring and ordering your product library to make it easier to find your items. For example, you can put all your items from a special menu on a specific page or add your best sellers to their own page.
It’s worth noting that Pages is currently a BETA feature available exclusively on Android devices, including the terminal and may not be available for you just yet.
Getting started with pages
To start with pages, ensure you already have some products in your library. You can then set up pages in the Zettle app or by logging in to your Zettle POS online.
Zettle app:
- Tap Sell.
- In the dropdown menu at the top, choose Pages
- Choose Get Started to begin creating your pages
- Enter a name for your first page, then tap + or the enter key
- Continue until you have made all your pages. Then tap Save.
Zettle POS online:
- Login into my.zettle.com
- Choose Pages from the side menu
- Choose Get Started to begin creating your pages
- Enter a name for your first page, then tap + or the enter key
- Continue until you have made all your pages. Then tap Save.
Arranging your Pages
To start selecting items for your page:
- Open the Zettle app
- Navigate to the pages you have created
- Tap the Choose Items button, select your products and tap Next.
You can rearrange by dragging the items until you are happy with the layout. Select Done to save your changes and finish editing.

How do I edit my pages in the app after I've finished setting it up?
Go to Pages in your product library and tap the edit icon.
How many pages can I create?
You can have up to 10 pages at a time. If you want to create a new page after reaching the maximum, you must first replace an existing page by deleting it.

How do I remove a product from a page?
You can remove a product or item from a specific page without deleting it from your overall product library. That item will still show on any other pages you have assigned it.
- Go to pages in the Zettle app and choose the Edit icon or Pages on my.zettle.com.
- Go to the page where you want to remove an item.
- Tap X on the item you want to be removed from the page.
- Tap Done to save your changes and finish editing.
How can I change the order of my pages?
You can change the order in which your pages appear in your product library by rearranging them in the same place where you created them.
Zettle app:
- Go to Pages and choose the Edit icon
- Choose Options and then Manage Pages.
- Rearrange the order of your page by dragging it using the dotted icon.
- Select Save to finalise your changes.

- Go to Pages in your side menu
- Choose to Manage Pages.

How do I return to Sell from Edit pages on mobile?
Stop editing pages and return to the Sell view by selecting the Done button on any page grid screen. This will save all your changes, including selecting or rearranging your items.
You can also tap the X icon in the top left corner of any screen. However, you may lose some chances if you haven't selected Done after making them.
How many products can I show on a page?
You can add up to 50 products to a page.
I have reached the maximum number of products on a page. How can I add new items to this page?
Deselect some items using the checkmark box or go back to the page you want to edit and tap X on the item you wish to delete. Then select the new things you want to show.
Can I show a product on multiple pages?
Yes, you can.
