How do I customise Zettle POS receipts?

By default, your receipts will show a business name and address at the bottom. We use the name and address that you've saved in your account details to do this. 

Changing the information on your receipt won't affect the business account details or email address that you've saved in your profile.

To edit receipts in your Zettle POS online:

  1. Go to Account & Settings and click Receipts settings.
  2. Edit the fields.
  3. Click Save.

Receipt details:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • City
  • Post code
  • County
  • More information: any information about your business, such as opening hours or returns policy
  • Website

Change your logo in Account & Settings by clicking General account settings.
