If you’ve received a payment request or detailed payment request that you don’t recognize, don’t pay it. Don’t call any phone numbers stated in the request note or open suspicious links. You can report any unwarranted requests by logging in to the PayPal website or the PayPal app.

1. Go to your Dashboard and find the detailed payment request.
2. Click Pay Now and follow the prompted steps.

Here's how to pay a detailed payment request without a PayPal account:

1. Check your email inbox for the PayPal email with the detailed payment request.
2. Click View and Pay Detailed Payment Request.
3. Click Pay amount.
4. Click Pay with Credit Card if you don’t have an account.
5. Click Pay Now after entering the information.
