Why is my Top-Up not showing in my account?

If you topped up more than 4 working days ago and the money isn't showing in your PayPal balance, we may not have the information required to successfully credit the money to your PayPal account.

In this case, the money will be returned to your bank within 3 working days. If you don't see the money after 3 working days, please contact your bank as they may not show it in your account right away.

To help us complete your Top Up in the future, we ask that you add your bank account to your PayPal account and you use this bank to complete your Top Up.

We do not charge any fees for failed Top Ups, however, your bank might. Please contact your bank for more details.
