GSVC, a member of the Almshouse Association, owns 53 homes - 1, 2 and 3 bedroom properties - in Great Shelford, where we provide high quality, affordable accommodation for villagers on low incomes. We also own the nearby land, some 7 acres, which we manage for recreation and conservation, providing allotments, footpaths, woodland, benches and views towards the Gog Magog Hills. Additionally, we provide grants in support of local organisations, good causes and people in need within the village.
