Help us meet our goal
Our mission is to ease the financial and emotional burden of a cancer diagnosis for patients. We believe cancer patients should THRIVE. Our goal is to bring joy, hope and support to cancer patients, and each donation will help make that possible. To start us out, we’ve set up this campaign with a goal of $20,000. That seems like a lot but, we can do it!
With your help, Thrive Cancer Foundation can reach this goal and continue to donate funds directly to patients with no strings attached. Each donation will go to patients to help with the many expenses that pile up due to a cancer diagnosis.
On average cancer patients lose at least 40% of their income due to treatments and recovery. This doesn't even factor the new expenses of medical bills.
These expenses easily become overwhelming and too much to handle:
*Medical bills
*Transportation
*Housing
*Meals and groceries
*Childcare
*Clothes - many patients gain or lose significant weight during treatment
*Self-care
We don't believe cancer should mean financial burden and loss of stability.
