Full Refunds

Our Buyer Protection Policy helps you in the unlikely event you have a problem with an eligible purchase. If an item doesn’t arrive or match the seller’s description, we’ll help you recover the full purchase price (up to $20,000 USD), including shipping costs.


Examples of transactions covered by Buyer Protection:

  • You bought credit for your favorite online game but never got it
  • The item you purchased never arrived
  • You bought a book, but received a DVD
  • You bought an item described as “new,” but received something that was used
  • You purchased 3 items, but only received 2
  • The item was substantially damaged during shipping
  • The item is missing major parts (that the seller didn’t report)
  • You purchased an item described as authentic, but received a knockoff instead

Examples of transactions that are not covered:

  • Real estate, motorized vehicles, travel tickets, custom-made goods, and industrial machinery
  • Items or services equivalent to currency, including prepaid or gift cards
  • Anything bought in person (not over the internet)
  • Items that were described accurately by the seller
