How do I customize my PayPal Zettle receipts?

By default, your receipts show a business name and address at the bottom. We use the name and address that you've saved in your account details to do this.

Changing the information on your receipt won't affect the business account details or email address that you've saved in your profile.

To edit your receipts:

  1. Log in to your PayPal Zettle account.
  2. Go to Account & Settings and click Receipts settings.
  3. Edit the fields.
  4. Click Save.

Receipt details:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • More information: any information about your business, such as opening hours or returns policy
  • Website
  • Change your logo in Account & Settings by clicking General account settings

If you’re using the Multisite feature, the address on the receipt will match the site where the sale/ refund occurs. You can update the address in Multisite Settings.
