Why did I get API error code 10321?
Your PayPal account has an insufficient available balance to cover the total of the Payout transactions plus Payout fees.
Ensure that you have an adequate PayPal balance in your account to cover the Payout before making the Payout API call. The following methods are available to check your PayPal balance:
- Perform a GetBalance API call
- View your available balance on the PayPal Home page
- View your available balance on the landing page after signing into your PayPal or PayPal Business mobile application(s)
