Cystic Fibrosis Family Connection (CFFC) is dedicated to supporting CF patients and families in their daily struggle with cystic fibrosis. CFFC benefits the CF community in the Rochester/Finger Lakes region of New York. Our core programs are Hospital Help Packets, Clinic Baggies, Emergency Grants, CF Education Day and Holiday Decor. We also create temporary programs for specific needs.
