How do I void an order or authorisation for my customers?

Authorisations and orders enable sellers to arrange a sale but delay payment until a later time.

Here's how to void an authorisation or order:

  1. Go to Activity and select All Transactions.
  2. Find the transaction and click Void.

Tips:

  • Voiding an authorisation cancels the entire open amount.
  • Authorizations usually expire after 29 days unless you’ve captured or voided them.
What’s an “authorisation” and can I cancel it?
